Great service, knowledgeable staff, quick repair time and fair pricing. I sought out this shop specially after reading the good reviews for XPlanet, and my experience was exactly what they described. Mr James was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my technical questions regarding the sudden breakdown of my laptop. He explained clearly to me the likely reason my laptop suddenly broke down, the exact damage that he repaired and what was the best course of action to take. They are very honest when it comes to repair suggestions, only suggesting what is necessary. I asked Mr James whether I needed to replace my battery since I felt it was inadequate, but after testing, he told me honestly that there was no need. And as for my original issue, he recommended just a motherboard repair instead of a full replacement, which I had originally walked into the store fully expecting to pay twice as much for a full motherboard replacement. They will only recommend you what is necessary and will not overcharge you. They also will not charge you if they are unable to fix your issue, and I was also not charged a diagnostic cost. I really enjoy patronizing such honest and efficient shops. I wrote this review of my own accord, and was not told by them to do so. This was my experience and my own opinion, and I will personally revisit this store again should I require anymore laptop repairs in the future.

This shop is highly recommended, fair price and great service! Ipad cracked and they are the fastest to repair and honest! No fluff, just decent and straightforward courteous service, must visit!
